The idea for Bedrock Beginnings Life Coaching, LLC, came from being, in my own life, stuck in fear, frustration, and inaction, and noticing the same thing in other people’s lives. Many times I've felt compelled to share not just information and resources that I’ve used, but also lessons I've learned in my life. And I wanted to do it well, in a way that was empowering rather than directive. I want to make a change in the world, in individual people’s world, and that's what drives me to be a coach.

I've come to realize that coaching isn't about giving answers from a place of authority. Instead, it's about working with each person to find the way to their own unique knowledge and strengths. It's about giving you the simple, practical tools you need to take control of your life and move forward toward the life your soul longs for. As a coach, this belief and this way of thinking are at the heart of what I have to offer.

Through the Fearless Living Institute’s nine-months-long coaching education program, I've become a Certified Fearless Living Coach. I'm committed to continuing my coaching education, getting better at what I do, and to keep practicing transformational coaching.

In the days to come, my job as your coach will be to act as a spark, lighting the fires of self-discovery and empowerment in you, supporting you in moving toward the life you want. Together, we'll figure out how to deal with life's complicated problems and beautiful chances.
